Renjou Hotsuma from the manga
Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru.
I have immediately took a liking to Hotsuma, who became my favourite character, as soon I've read his introduction in the manga. It's the kind of character who doesn't really mind in expressing his very own emotions and who doesn't logically think before acting, with a certain affinity to his own instinct.
I love his relationship with Shusei, it's probably the way in which he expresses his best.
